P&O Ferry website top performer

Cross-channel ferry operator P&O is one of the most usable travel websites in the UK, according to a study of 18 leading sites.

The eDigital Research Travel Benchmark report used mystery shoppers to rate for first impressions, search, the booking process, and customer service.

With a score of 86% the P&O website came top of the 18 travel booking sites surveyed, with easy usability and good contact details in case of a problem. And with currently some great offers, fast and comfortable modern ships and frequent sailings, this report provides another incentive to visit the P&O website to book your ferry journey.
